Perforated stainless steel railings enhance the custom open quarter landing staircase, designed and built by Level Design Build. Features solid oak treads and stringers mounted on steel angle. The landing is finished with the reclaimed oak flooring and is cladded with wood tile paneling.

Board and batten in the back using Arctic White Hardie Fibre Cement Board  gives the exterior a mix of traditional look with a flair of modern finishing. The durability and maintenance-free benefits of the cement board make this material an eco/client-friendly choice.

9″ engineered hardwood, reclaimed oak from the Welland Canal: supplied by Majestic North Flooring. This flooring is sustainable and compliments the muted finishes of the walls and trim.
